Romero, La Nuit des morts-vivants. \u00c9crit, film\u00e9 et sorti en 1968 par une bande d\u2019amis de Pittsburgh, La Nuit des morts-vivants est un film d\u2019horreur ind\u00e9pendant am\u00e9ricain qui suit l\u2019histoire de sept personnes pi\u00e9g\u00e9es dans une ferme isol\u00e9e, assi\u00e9g\u00e9e par un groupe de plus en plus nombreux de morts-vivants. Le film est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un classique culte par les critiques, les universitaires et les fans et a re\u00e7u d\u2019excellentes critiques. Le film a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par la Biblioth\u00e8que du Congr\u00e8s pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 dans le National Film Registry et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u201c culturellement, historiquement et esth\u00e9tiquement significatif \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Film\u00e9e et sortie avec un budget d\u00e9risoire, La Nuit des morts-vivants fut un succ\u00e8s retentissant, rapportant plus de 250 fois son budget. Le film est une premi\u00e8re en son genre et a inaugur\u00e9 une nouvelle fa\u00e7on d'\u00e9crire, de r\u00e9aliser et de filmer des films d'horreur. Le sc\u00e9nario \u00e9cul\u00e9 des contes romantiques et fantastiques de monstres et de cr\u00e9atures d'outre-monde fut compl\u00e8tement renvers\u00e9 et mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 par le visionnaire George A. Romero. En tant qu'auteur et r\u00e9alisateur du film, Romero a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une nouvelle menace \u00e9vidente, et universellement reconnaissable \u2013 nos voisins. En raison d'une force invisible \u00e9chappant au contr\u00f4le de l'homme, les morts r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s se rel\u00e8vent des morts \u00e0 la recherche de victimes humaines vivantes.
