To all our European customers.
We just wanted to let you know that following the recent trade agreement between the UK and the EU, we’ve had a lot of customers asking whether they will still have to pay import taxes (vat), duty and customs clearance before being able to take receipt of their orders.
From our perspective, we’re pleased to confirm that your shopping experience will not be impacted, and you will be able to continue to place orders as usual. We are continuing to despatch daily both via international post and courier services. However we have been advised that delivery times may be affected in the short term, until everything settles down and transport companies adjust to the new regulations.
For customers located in the EU, it appears that you will now have to pay import duty/taxes along with a clearance processing fee (to the carrier) when receiving an order which is identical to any shipment you would import from other countries outside the EU (such as the USA or China).
The good news is that we are working towards launching an extension of our website where EU / International customers will be able to purchase items exclusive of UK tax, meaning that a £60 mask would only cost £50.
We hope to have this up and running very shortly however in the meantime, if you find that you have had to pay vat/tax on an order received from us please get in touch and we will try to refund you the vat element. Unfortunately we are unable to do anything about any duty or a processing fee, but by doing this, we hope to make things as easy as possible for you and hassle free.
Of course, we are always here to help should you have any questions or queries.
Kind regards
Neal & the team
