Pumpkin Halloween Decorations – Page 5

Size is the spec that shifts most across our pumpkin range. Heights run from palm-sized tabletop gourds up to hulking floor props taller than a toddler. Read the listed height first, then match it to where the piece will actually sit.

Small Table Pumpkins vs Floor Props

Smaller pumpkins work best clustered in threes or fives on mantels, windowsills and porch steps. Floor-standing pumpkin props carry a whole scene on their own, so give them breathing space. Pair them with lower pieces like gravestones or a scattered outdoor Halloween display around the base.

Jack-o’-Lanterns vs Horror Pumpkins

Classic carved faces suit family-friendly setups and trick-or-treat porches. Our horror pumpkins push into darker territory with fanged mouths, weeping eyes, rotting skin, and mashed-up pumpkin-skull hybrids. If you’re building a scare scene, mix a few horror sculpts among the traditional ones so the shift in tone reads on approach.

Static, Light-Up and Animated

• Static: silent scene-fillers, easy to store
• Light-Up: internal LEDs, flicker or steady glow
• Animated: motion, sound, or jaw movement

Animated pumpkin props are the showstoppers, so place them where visitors will trigger them at close range. Keep spare batteries handy for October weekends.

Outdoor Use and Weatherproofing

Many of our decorative Halloween pumpkins are foam or resin with a sealed finish, so a covered porch is fine. For fully exposed gardens, check the listing notes and bring animated pieces in overnight. Our team packs every order with collectors in mind, so props arrive ready to display.
