Porch, Garden or Indoor Placement

Full-body scarecrows on stakes work best in soft ground or a hay bale mount. Hanging burlap figures suit porches, sheds, and covered doorways where they can sway. Smaller pieces slot neatly into an indoor party display alongside pumpkins and cobwebs.

Building a Cornfield Scene

Pair a tall scarecrow with straw bales, corn stalks, and low fog for a proper harvest-gone-wrong look. Uplighting in orange or green makes burlap masks read as menacing after sunset, even on static figures.
