The Ben Cooper Costume Kids Collection returns with Series 9, delivering a new lineup of spooky trick-or-treaters for your display shelf. Inspired by the licensed children’s costumes from one of the biggest Halloween costume makers of the 1950s to the 1980s, these fully posable 6-inch figures capture the nostalgic charm of that classic era.

This wave showcases NECA’s original designs styled after Ben Cooper costumes, imagining what they might look like if produced today. Reimagined in this figure series is the iconic horror villain Billy the Puppet (SAW), dressed in a character mask and soft goods outfit designed to mimic the vinyl look of vintage costumes.

Figures are sold separately and come packaged in a numbered, retro-style window box that pays tribute to classic costume packaging.
