Waxwork Records Seven – Vinyl Soundtrack

Introducing the debut vinyl release of the SE7EN Original Motion Picture Score by Howard Shore from Waxwork Records. Directed by David Fincher, SE7EN is a gritty neo-noir film from 1995, starring Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Kevin Spacey.

Pitt and Freeman portray Detectives Mills and Somerset, respectively, as they hunt for the elusive serial killer John Doe (played by Spacey), who meticulously executes murders inspired by the Seven Deadly Sins. As the body count rises, the detectives delve deeper into John Doe’s twisted philosophy, culminating in the gruesome climax of his heinous crime spree.

Master composer Howard Shore’s score adds a somber and menacing dimension to the film. His dark and symphonic orchestrations infuse Fincher’s gruesome imagery with an unrelenting tension throughout. Shore’s resonant brass and eerie strings draw listeners further into the cruel and chaotic world of SE7EN.
